Shipping Policy

SHIPPING POLICY – INDIA ORDERS

Processing Time:

100% of orders are processed and shipped within 3-4 business days. Orders placed over the weekend are dispatched on Mondays.

Shipping Time:

Standard Shipping: We aim to deliver orders within 3-7 business days (Monday – Friday)* during regular seasons.

Order Tracking:

Once your order is shipped, we will send you a tracking number and a link to the courier’s website. If you do not receive this email, please contact our customer service team. You can also track your order by calling our order helpline at +91 9397058688 or emailing Care@ezonefx.in.

 

Failed Delivery:

If a package cannot be delivered to the provided shipping address due to causes ascribable to the absent cooperation of the customer (wrong or incorrect shipping address, absent receiver) or if the customer refuses to collect the package, the package will be returned to the sender (EZONE EDITING SOLUTIONS) at the customer’s expense. The expense includes shipping costs incurred, and this amount will be deducted from the total of the order to be refunded.

Our Carriers:

We use Shiprocket, DTDC, SmartShip, Blue Dart, Xpressbees, Shadowfax, and Ecom Express for deliveries.

UPON RECEIPT OF YOUR ORDER:

You are advised to carefully inspect the package and goods to ensure they are intact and complete before signing for receipt of delivery. Should you find the parcel to be damaged or incomplete, you must refuse delivery of the goods or sign “Damaged” then contact us on the day of delivery.

BANK HOLIDAYS:

We do not deliver on Bank Holidays, so your parcel will be delivered on the next working day.

*Note: The shipping policy is applicable only to orders within India.
